Not all the work sponsored by the Parrett Trail actually ends up on the trail. Artists are working in the community and schools. The project also organises events and entertainments.

Bond of Green Withy
A novel about a family of willow growers and basket weavers 'The Bond of Green Withy' by Berta Lawrence, first published in 1954, has been out of print for 40 years and has been republished by the River Parrett Trail partnership.
